Order or job history, shift and roster data, cycle times, asset availability, maintenance records, queues, timestamps, WMS or ERP exports, telemetry, alarms, fleet records and cost assumptions. We begin with the smallest set that can change the decision.

Yes, as a directional model. Missing values are explicit assumptions with confidence labels. The first run should reveal which measurement or export is worth obtaining next. Unsupported certainty is not presented as fact.

Accuracy depends on the decision, model boundary and calibration evidence. Demo scenarios are synthetic. A Your-Site Preview supports automated directional screening. A Decision Snapshot adds bounded human review. Calibrated pilots use customer evidence and validation tests. Engineering, safety or statutory decisions still require appropriately qualified specialists.

AI helps interpret natural-language inputs, identify missing questions and explain stored evidence. Simulation outputs come from sector-specific deterministic workers and recorded assumptions. The visual and narrative layers must not create unsupported numerical claims.

Flagship lanes are mining, manufacturing, warehousing, cold chain, ports and yards, water and utilities, infrastructure and agri-processing. Repair, clinic and service-flow scenarios are available where their evidence and privacy boundaries are appropriate.

Yes. Environments and scenario runs can be saved, compared and shared as decision files. Production scopes add organisation access, retention settings, monitoring and agreed integration controls.

The current platform uses an Australian-region object-storage lane for authorised customer geometry and a controlled application environment. Some infrastructure and service providers may process data in Australia, Singapore or the United States. The project scope identifies the actual providers, locations and retention rules.

No. The Preview, Snapshot and Calibrated Pilot are fixed-scope purchases. Connected twins can be handed over with an agreed operating model. Optional monthly support is available but is not required for the first three lanes.

One facility, one clearly framed operating question, one PDF/image/CSV/XLSX source, an automated baseline, bottleneck trace and up to three directional interventions. The first preview is targeted within one business day. It is not human-reviewed engineering work.

The AUD 495 + GST Snapshot adds human review of geometry, assumptions and outputs, a decision evidence pack, a short narrated walkthrough, one clarification and one revision. It is typically delivered within three business days.

Yes. The Preview is credited to a Decision Snapshot or Calibrated Pilot, and the Snapshot is credited to a Calibrated Pilot, when the customer proceeds within 60 days. Credits are not cash redeemable.

Public intake files are private and scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless they become part of an agreed engagement or must be retained for a lawful purpose. Stripe handles card details; Oakhampton retains only the transaction reference and status needed to administer the order.

Physical site capture, laser scanning, specialist engineering certification, substantial data remediation, travel, third-party licences, bespoke enterprise connectors and material scope changes. These are identified before commencement.

Yes. Delivery can be remote and multilingual. Local law, engineering, privacy, data-residency and professional-advice requirements are addressed in the project scope.
